Brides love to share their engagement stories with other people, from the fairy-tale moments to the events which nightmares are made of! I have heard funny, sad, wacky and totally unique engagement stories.

Brides.com is running a great competition between now and the end of January. They are asking brides-to-be, brides or their male counterparts to share the story of how they got engaged. In 500 words or less you have to give your proposal story by completing the online entry form at Brides.com. Bear in mind that Brides.com will be judging the entries on quality, originality and creativity!
